President and franchise owner Austin Kassner is building his skilled trades team by looking for recruiters in Appleton, Green Bay, Rockford and Milwaukee.
“Over the past year, one of the clearest themes in our business has been the continued demand for skilled trades talent,” Kassner said in a statement.
Kassner aims to help businesses address “the growing demand for manufacturing, health care and technology technicians,” he said.
Kassner, a graduate of the 30th class of Leadership Greater Madison, was named one of In Business Madison’s Forty Under 40 in 2025. Since he took the helm at Spherion Staffing & Recruiting, its Madison branch won the company’s General Staffing Office of the Year award in 2022 and 2023.
