Spectrum has opened a customer service center at Hilldale Shopping Center, between Lucky Brand and White House Black Market, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
It is the company’s third location in the Madison area. The other two are located at 2701 Daniels St. and 2935 S. Fish Hatchery Road.
In December, Spectrum (which is owned by Charter) launched a 24/7 Wisconsin news channel, Spectrum News 1, available only to Spectrum subscribers around the state, according to a Charter Communications release.
It features localized Wisconsin news, sports, and weather, and is based out of Spectrum’s downtown Milwaukee office. Spectrum News 1 also has reporters based in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. Madison-area Spectrum subscribers can find it on cable channels 1 or 700.
