Developers are set to break ground on a 35,440-square-foot, single-level office center in the American Center business park on the city’s east side. The spec building, at 4618 Biltmore Lane, is the last of four American Center projects from St. John Properties of Maryland and is being designed to attract smaller tenants, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.
