Social Change Forum returning after 5-year hiatus

Following a five-year absence, the Social Change Forum will return to Madison’s Overture Center for the Arts on March 6 from 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m., according to Madison365. The event, themed “Trust and Surrender,” will examine “the five building blocks of collaboration,” including self-awareness, transformational leadership, conflict resolution, facilitation, and friendliness. 

The event will include a lunch for attendees from Short Stack Eatery; a happy hour reception; a morning presentation from Ronda Davis of the University of Wisconsin Literacy Link; a keynote address from Ananda De Oliveira Mirilli, co-founder of Nina Collective Cooperative; and additional facilitators and speakers Monica Mims, Gregg Potter, Alder Dina Nina Martinez-Rutherford, Veronica Figueroa Velez, Mathias Lemos Castillo, LaCuoir Yancey, and Mary Beth Collins.
