Smart Motors will be expanding and upgrading its used car lot on Odana Road, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The Toyota dealership has submitted plans to the city to replace the existing building on the site and demolish an office building nearby.
If approved, Smart would gain a 5.6-acre development at the corner of Odana Road and Tokay Boulevard and add a two-story dealership office building on the site.
