Chef Manuchehr Kholov has transformed his Silk Road restaurant to look like the older homes found in his native Tajikistan, while also updating his menu, the Cap Times reports.
The walls are now a warm peach color, while an array of colorful pillows dot the benches. Decor from Tajikistan can be found all around the restaurant.
New menu items include things like lamb and eggplant skewers and Olivye, a Russian-style potato salad.
Kholov opened Silk Road in 2023. It is located at 1920 S. Park St.
