Kohler Co. announced Tuesday that it has acquired Maquigeral, a Brazilian-based generator company headquartered in Sao Paulo.
Kohler, a manufacturing and hospitality company, will make Maquigeral a part of its power systems group. The firm will be managed by Kohler’s French subsidiary, SDMO.
