Mauricio Lopez and Sebastian Gimenez, two of Latin America’s most distinguished chefs and the chef-owners of La Paz, Bolivia’s Ancestral Restaurant, are coming to Paoli’s Seven Acre Dairy for three nights, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The two will put on a series of outdoor wood-fired Bolivian meals along the Sugar River from July 11–13, and Bolivian wines, coffee, and cocktails will also be served. The dinners will be kid friendly, with free attendance for children six and under, and will move indoors in the event of inclement weather.
Seatings are at 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30 p.m. The Saturday dinner will feature an expanded menu. Reservations are available here on a limited basis.
