Paoli’s Seven Acre Dairy Co. is launching its first winter dinner series, according to The Capital Times. The Winter Wonderland Dinner Series runs on Wednesdays for nine weeks, beginning today. Most dinners are capped at 60–80 people.
Tickets are selling fast for the series, which features four-time James Beard-award finalist Milwaukee chef Justin Carlisle of Ardent; Philadelphia “pizza saint” Joe Beddia; award-winning culinary historian Michael Twitty; and more.
