Seven Acre Dairy Co. is expanding its dinner series, featuring distinguished chefs, from 11 events over nine weeks — beginning in January — to 22 events over 11 weeks, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The fall dinner series will kick off next month with the following lineup:

Sept. 11: The Better Butter Dinner with Landmark Creamery and Delta Beer Lab;

Sept. 18 and 19: Praisesong for the Kitchen Ghosts: A dinner and storytelling with best-selling author Crystal Wilkinson;

Sept. 25: Dinner with One Barrel Brewing Co. and Green Fire Farm;

Oct. 1: An evening with Chef Gregory Leon, owner of Amilinda;

Oct. 2: Uncle Wolfie’s chef Kristin Schwab takes over Seven Acre;

Oct. 3: A wood-fired pizza party with Flour Girl and Flame;

Oct. 8–10: Three night residency with Justin Chapple, culinary director at Food and Wine Magazine;

Oct. 16: An evening with chef Joe Heppe and Driftless Glen Distillery;

Oct. 17: An evening with Chef Edward Lee and Dancing Goat Distillery;

Oct. 18: A bourbon lover’s outdoor fish fry with Blue Ash Farm craft spirits;

Oct. 20: A bourbon brunch with chef Edward Lee and J. Henry Distillery;

Oct. 23: Indigenous foods of the Pacific Northwest, with nationally-renowned chef Rob Kinneen;

Oct. 24: Indigenous foods of the Great Lakes with Osa Chevalier and Dan Cornelius;

Oct. 29–31: Three night residency with James Beard nominee Mary Kastman, with special guest Justin Carlisle;

Nov. 6: A celebration of the apple with Cadre and Lola’s chef/owner Evan Dannells and Door Creek Orchard’s Liz Griffith;

Nov. 13: A celebration of the Wisconsin cranberry with Pig in a Fur Coat chef Dan Bonanno and cranberry farmer Amber Bristow; and
-
Nov. 19–21: Fondue nights at Seven Acre with Roth Cheese.
