Hilldale announced the opening of Sephora, known for its makeup, skin care, hair care, fragrances, and more. The retailer will hold its grand opening and ribbon cutting on Jan. 31.
Sephora will also be hosting a scratch card prize promotion where customers who visit between Jan. 31 and Feb. 2 will have the opportunity to win gift cards or prizes.
