Señor Machetes owner still held by federal immigration agents

Madison restaurant owner Noel Quintana is still being held after being detained by federal immigration agents in January, despite federal immigration judge ordering the termination of his removal proceedings and granting him bond, the Cap Times reported 

That means Quintana could post bail, but since the Department of Homeland Security issued an intent to appeal the decision, he must remain detained.  

He has been stuck in an Indiana detention center since being detained.
