SHA Capital Partners in Chicago is hoping to upgrade a senior living community in Sun Prairie that it just acquired in October, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
SHA renamed KindredHearts in Sun Prairie to Tallgrass Senior Living of Sun Prairie. New management has also been brought in, and now SHA wants to make $2.5 million in primarily cosmetic renovations.
