The Main Street Cares: A Day of Action on Jan. 20 will focus on expanding postpartum Medicaid coverage for new mothers, ensuring access to paid family and medical leave, fully funding child care and making it easier to start and operate a small business.
Wisconsin Secretary of State Sarah Godlewski will kick off the Main Street Alliance event at Garver Feed Mill at 3241 Garver Green.
After the opening remarks, the group will head to the Capitol to meet with lawmakers and state officials.
