Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin has hired Cadre Mandy as vice president of operations. Mandy is an experienced operations executive with a background in operations management and strategic planning. A graduate of Temple University with an MBA, Mandy also holds certifications in strategic management and innovation leadership from institutions like Harvard and MIT.
Prior to joining Second Harvest, Mandy served in leadership roles at SOS Meals on Wheels in the San Francisco area, Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, and The National Institutes of Health.
In his new role, Mandy will be responsible for procurement, strategic operational planning, operational oversight, risk management, IT, facilities planning and forecasting, and budgeting.
