Schreiber Foods, Inc. has completed its purchase of a Days Inn hotel on North Washington Street to accommodate its plans to construct a corporate headquarters and Global Technology Center in downtown Green Bay.
The facility will be built on the site of the hotel, the Washington Commons Mall, and the J.C. Penney building. All of the buildings will have to be razed to make room for the new development.
Schreiber Foods, now located at 425 Pine St. in Green Bay, said construction could begin in the spring or summer 2012.
