The Madison School board has approved ballot questions relating to capital improvements and operating expenses for the Nov. 3 ballot, according to a Capital Times report.

On the first question, voters in Madison will decide whether the district can issue up to $317 million in bonds for renovations to four high schools, a new south side elementary school, and the consolidation of Capital High School into one building.

The second measure would determine if the district is allowed to surpass state revenue limits for each of the next four years to help fund its operations.
