Sauk Prairie Healthcare is rejoining Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s network on Jan. 1, 2026.
Anthem members will regain in-network access to Sauk Prairie Healthcare’s hospital and facilities.
The move includes all Anthem members with employer-based, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and Affordable Care Act Marketplace health plans in Wisconsin.
