Sauk Prairie Healthcare purchased River Valley School District’s Early Learning Center so it can expand into the village of Plain, which will be the seat of a new clinic building, the Independent Star News reports.
Conceptual plans at a ceremony on Dec. 4 show that the space will have a community center, clinic, gym, staff space, kitchen and clinic waiting room.
The Plain Clinic will become a hub of the community, District Administrator Loren Glassbrenner told WXCO radio.
“It’s a great thing for Plain, it’s a great thing for the River Valley area, it’s a great thing regionally to have a hub that will have great opportunities,” Glassbrenner told the radio station.
