City of Madison engineers have outlined a restoration project for the Sauk Creek Greenway and completed a “frequently asked questions” document, but neighbors are waiting for an opportunity to express their concerns, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The city will begin taking input from the public after completion of the Pheasant Branch Watershed Study, expected in late spring of 2023. The restoration of the Sauk Creek Greenway will likely include tree and vegetation removal, which concerns some neighbors.
