Madison-based SARA Investment Real Estate has announced the development of Velocity Station, a new lab facility measuring 159,000 square feet at 6411 Odana Road. The 6.36-acre site is located off the westbound lanes of Madison’s Beltline Highway and a quarter mile southwest of University Research Park. The building is designed by EUA and will be constructed by Ideal Builders.
Located in the heart of Madison’s biotech cluster, Velocity Station will address demand from companies seeking research and development space in Madison. It will aim to attract growing local companies and new entrants into the market.
