The former Pizza Oven at 5511 Monona Drive will now be home to Salvatore’s Tomato Pies, the third location for the restaurant by owner Patrick DePula, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The building will need major construction, which DePula said could start in three to four weeks. He hopes to be open by late summer or early fall.
