Frank Productions will purchase the High Noon Saloon on East Washington Avenue from long-time owner Cathy Dethmers.
With Frank’s past involvement in concerts at Breese Stevens field, as well as the future 2,500 capacity Sylvee, a music venue being built as part of the Cosmos development just a block away, the concert promotions company is quickly impacting the city’s music scene in the Capitol East district.
