On Dec. 19, Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin Inc., parent of Anchor Bank, joined the Russell Global, Russell Microcap, Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indexes, according to a Nasdaq release. The local bank completed its initial public offering on October 27, 2014.
