Runzheimer International has acquired Canadian GPS technology firm SatLogix Inc., which it describes as an innovator of vehicle mileage tracking devices and cloud-based mileage management platforms.
Runzheimer, a Waterford-based employee mobility firm, said the acquisition augments technology across all products that enable employee mobility, and builds its expertise in GPS integration.
“This is an extremely strategic and exciting step forward for Runzheimer that will continue to enable our clients to take advantage of emerging technology,” Greg Harper, president of Runzheimer International, said in a press release.
