Roundy’s converts three area stores to Metro Markets

Pick ’n Save stores in Shorewood Hills, Monona, and Sun Prairie have been converted to Metro Markets, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. A subsidiary of Kroger, Roundy’s has converted 16 of its Wisconsin stores from Pick ’n Save to Metro Market. Store enhancements include improved lighting and signage; expanded bakery, deli, meat, and seafood departments; and more emphasis on prepared food.
