Rookies Food & Spirits was sold last Monday to Angelica Lema and her husband, Christian Rosero, two of the bar and grill’s employees, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The spot was sold last summer after 25 years to owners Joe and Stacey Krasovec, who in turn recently put it up for sale, citing other obligations.
Lema and Rosero previously worked at the Wilderness Resort and Brat House Grill in the Wisconsin Dells as well as Driftless Glen Distillery in Baraboo. The couple do not plan to make any significant changes to Rookies’ operations.
