Three area food cart owners, sisters Maggi and Dewi Jingga and Rob Kratochwill, are partnering on the opening of Fancy Roll, a business that sells the latest in icy treats — rolled ice cream offered in a variety of flavors.
They have signed a one-year lease at West Towne Mall for the trendy treat, also known as Thai ice cream, which is rolled on site.
A second but separate rolled ice cream business, Rollicious Creamery from Mount Horeb couple Phillip and Indri Kasubaski, is scheduled to open soon on State Street.
The concept has been popular for several years in Thailand and other countries, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
