Aaron Rodgers, quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, launched a $50 million venture capital fund based in Newport Beach, California.
According to a story in the Milwaukee Business Journal, Rx3 Ventures will invest in consumer startups and help athletes gain an equity interest in the companies they are hired to endorse.
Rodgers partnered with co-founders Nate Raabe and Byron Roth of Roth Capital Partners.
