RMT, Inc. of Madison, a subsidiary of IEA Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives of Chicago, has begun construction on an 80-megawatt windmill project in Utah named the Blue Mountain Wind Project. RMT was previously owned by Alliant Energy Corp.
