Wausau-based River Valley Bank expanded its Wisconsin reach with the opening of a newly built Middleton branch June 23.
The new branch offers a modern approach to banking, featuring employees who open the door for customers and bankers who assist customers via iPads rather than making them to wait in a teller line.
The main focus of the new 5,000-square-foot branch, which cost about $1.6 million, is small business loans between $3 million and $10 million.
