The River Food Pantry’s grand opening and 20th anniversary is June 4.
“This moment represents so much more than a new building. It reflects two decades of collective dedication from leaders and supporters who believe in building a stronger, more resilient community,” the River Food Pantry said in a statement.
The celebration will be from 4-6:30 p.m. at 3301 Packers Ave.
The celebration program begins at 5 p.m. and is open to the public. Community leaders will talk about the River Food Pantry’s history and how it has helped the community.

There will also be refreshments, live music and a tour of the new facility.
