RISE Wisconsin announced a “Night of Nourishment” fundraising event that will honor its Respite Center Program, which is celebrating 45 years of providing crisis support to families in the community. The event will be held on Friday, Oct. 18, at 2120 Fordem Ave. from 6–10 p.m.
There will be a short program sharing Respite’s history, as well as food, music, dancing, and a silent auction with proceeds going directly to support the Respite Center. There will also be a chef demonstration from award-winning chef Glenda Edwards of Woos Food to the Soul.
