A lack of funding means Rhythm & Booms, Madison’s July fireworks display, is canceled for 2015. The fireworks spectacular had drawn hundreds of thousands to Warner Park for 21 years. Last year, the event was moved to downtown Madison.
Madison Festivals Inc. said its bid to raise private and public funding for the event fell short by $400,000.
