Sonic Foundry reported increased revenues for the quarter ending Sept. 30 and for its 2014 fiscal year. The company showed a net loss of $1.3 million (30 cents/share) on revenues of $8.5 million. That compares to the same period a year ago, when the company reported a net loss of $666,000 (17 cents/share) on revenues of $6.8 million.
Sonic Foundry ended its 2014 fiscal year with a $2.8 million net loss (67 cents/share) on revenues of $35.8 million. In FY 2013, the company had a net loss of $792,000 (20 cents/share) on revenues of $27.8 million.
