Restaurant Tall Grass opening in Madison Museum of Contemporary Art

The Wisconsin State Journal reports that a new restaurant, Tall Grass, will open on the ground floor of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.

It will feature local foods and is led by executive chef Elena Terry, a member of the Ho-Chunk tribe from Wisconsin Dells who is a trained butcher and wild game specialist.

Tall Grass will take up the museum’s former gift shop space and is expected to open in late spring or early summer.
