Lake Edge Seafood Co,. at 4100 Monona Drive, will be closing before Nov. 1, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. Owners of the combination seafood store and restaurant say staffing difficulties and rising food costs are the cause of the closure. The company’s lease ends on Nov. 1 but the store has not yet determined the exact closing date.
