Alder Sabrina Madison of District 17 is partnering with Metro Transit to host Resources at Reindahl Park on July 31 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. at 1818 Portage Road. Event attendees will have the opportunity to explore:

  • Metro Transit’s new electric articulated bus;

  • Waste reduction with The Trash Lab; and

  • Connections with local organizations like:

    • The Greater Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization;

    • Affordable Dental Care Inc.;

    • Operation Fresh Start;

    • Round Trip;

    • Public Health Madison & Dane County;

    • Vision Zero;

    • Second Harvest;

    • City of Madison Clerk’s Office;

    • Henry Vilas Zoo;

    • East Madison Community Center; and

    • Madison Reading Project Inc.

Northeast area planning staff will also address land use, transportation, housing, parks and open space, stormwater management, economic development, historic and cultural resources, and facilities and utilities.
