Christian Peterson, former owner of the Pancake Café in Fitchburg, will be resentenced after an error was found in how his potential sentence was calculated.
A federal appeals court upheld six criminal convictions against Peterson, including bank fraud, making false statements to banks, money laundering, and stealing nearly $30,000 from an employee trust fund.
He has been serving a seven-year sentence at a prison camp in Duluth.
