A plan reintroduced by Republican lawmakers would make marijuana legal for use among people with serious medical conditions, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The bill would legalize most forms of marijuana for medical use. Specifically, the bill would create a medical program guided by a state commission that would permit marijuana use, in a non-smoked form, for people with cancer, HIV, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other serious medical conditions.
