Sun Prairie-based Renk Seed is in the process of expanding its headquarters to keep up with growing demand. The $12 million project will double processing capabilities and will also significantly increase storage space for both bulk and bagged seeds. The family-owned business also added new territories and staff. Besides Wisconsin, it serves areas in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.
The processing facility and warehouse expansion should be completed by mid-September.
