The Regent Street Retreat, a nightclub near Camp Randall Stadium, has been sold. Bruce Gerhartz, who owned the bar for 30 years, sold the establishment to Rick Imhoff and three partners, who plan to rename it the Red Zone and completely remodel it into a large sports bar and live entertainment venue.
