The team behind upscale Madison sushi restaurant RED is launching a weekly ramen pop-up on Wednesday nights beginning Oct. 8, Madison Magazine reports.
Blackjack Ramen will offer a small menu including two ramen options and other Japanese dishes across the hall from the main dining room at 316 W. Washington Ave.
It will also serve a bar menu including Japanese bottled beer, sake, a lychee slushie and more.
