RED owners to open new fast-casual sushi restaurant

The owners of sushi restaurant RED will open Jacknife, a new fast-casual sushi restaurant at 1050 E. Washington Ave. on March 14, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The 4,500-square-foot restaurant, located on the ground floor of the Arden building, will feature online ordering and an automated kiosk with interactive displays where customers can place orders without assistance. The menu will include homemade dumplings, sushi rolls and bowls, and grab-and-go items.
