On Oct. 21, Red Caboose Child Care Center Inc., in partnership with Movin’ Out Inc., celebrated breaking ground on its new space that will provide the Madison community with affordable, inclusive child care combined with accessible, affordable housing. The child care center just launched a capital campaign to fund the multiuse building at 2340 Winnebago St.
