Recovery Foundation holding 11th annual luncheon fundraiser

The Recovery Foundation, founded by Connections Counseling founder and Horizon High School of Madison co-founder Shelly Dutch, will host a major fundraiser next month, according to WMTV15. The foundation works to educate the public about substance abuse disorders to reduce stigma, provide scholarships to increase treatment accessibility, and connect mentors with people working through recovery.
