The latest Wisconsin Realtors Association report for September shows home sales were up 18.1% compared to September 2019.
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage dropped to 2.89% in September, which pushed home sales up and increased the statewide median price 17.9% to $229,900. The third quarter of 2020 was the strongest on record for home sales.
