The REALTORS Association of South-Central Wisconsin, in partnership with the city of Fitchburg, will be hosting a Funders Forum on Smart Growth and Homeownership.
This forum will take place Nov, 13 at the Fitchburg Public Library, 5530 Lacy Road, from 1:30-3 p.m.
It will be moderated by Bill Connors, executive director of Smart Growth Madison, and include breakout sessions on topics such as down payment assistance, zoning and growth and exploring public and private partnerships.
There will also be a Q&A opportunity for attendees.
The forum is designed to bring together funders, lenders, nonprofits, developers and housing leaders to explore strategies that expand homeownership, strengthen neighborhoods and support Fitchburg’s long-term goals.
