The owners of Madison-based Quince & Apple announced their acquisition of Milwaukee-based Treat Bake shop, which produces candied and spiced nuts, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
Quince & Apple has been a success story since launching in 2009. The company uses heirloom produce to make jams, preserves, and syrups. Terms were undisclosed.
