Madison-based Quarra Stone Co. acquired Franco Cervietti, a stone sculpture workshop studio in Pietrasanta, Italy, according to Thailand Business News. The move expands Quarra Stone’s global footprint.
As part of the acquisition, Quarra Stone will gain access to Cervietti’s artisans and Italian stone industry network. It will expand core services, including:

Custom fabrication;

Sculptural expertise; and

Global sourcing.
The acquisition is effective immediately and will integrate Cervietti’s operations into Quarra Stone’s existing business.
